Where the
spark came from.

Aria created Chef Sofie — a culinary alter-ego who believes cooking is the most creative thing a person can do. Under that persona, she built a challenge-based brand that turns pizza making into a skill anyone can develop.

The challenge format is what makes it different. It's not a recipe — it's a test. Can you make the dough from scratch? Can you balance the toppings without a scale? Can you time the bake without a timer? Three levels, one kitchen, one chef who believes kids are capable of more than adults give them credit for.

Cooking is a challenge, not a recipe. Chef Sofie exists to give kids a challenge worth rising to.

built her dream.

Aria built Chef Sofie's Pizza Challenges in three levels — Beginner, Intermediate, and Master Chef. Each level has a digital guide that escalates the difficulty: skill, precision, timing, and improvisation all increase as you move up.

Through the Dream Chaser program, she built the full brand around Chef Sofie — the persona, the products, the apron (a badge of commitment), the pricing, and the pitch that tied it all together.

What Aria learned.

About building a culinary brand

I learned that a persona gives people something to connect to. 'Aria's recipes' is fine. 'Chef Sofie's Pizza Challenges' is a world you want to enter. That difference in framing is everything.

About myself

I'm a creator who needs structure. The challenge format gave my creativity a container — specific rules, specific goals, specific skills. That structure is what makes it a brand and not just a hobby.

About my calling

I want to make kids feel capable. The moment someone finishes a Master Chef challenge and says 'I can't believe I made that' — that's why I do this.
