Giovanni watched his family fight with slow phones and cluttered desktops for years. What frustrated everyone else fascinated him — he didn't see mess, he saw a system waiting to be fixed. And he could fix it.
Through Dream Chaser Kids, he turned that instinct into a service concept. TidyTech isn't just about cleaning devices — it's about giving people back their confidence with technology. Giovanni does the hard part so they don't have to.

How Giovanni
built his dream.
Giovanni designed TidyTech around a repeatable system he calls the TidyTech Protocol — audit the device, identify the top problems, fix them in order, then document everything. Clean, methodical, reliable.
Through the Dream Chaser program, he built the business concept around that protocol — packaging it as both a self-serve toolkit and a 1-on-1 session service, with pricing, service descriptions, and a pitch that tied it all together.
What Giovanni learned.
I learned that a service business is really about trust. Before someone lets you touch their device, they have to believe you won't make it worse. Building that trust is as important as the technical skill.
I'm more patient than I thought. Working with people who don't understand tech — you have to slow down, explain clearly, and never make them feel stupid. I'm good at that and it matters.
I want to make technology less scary for people who didn't grow up with it. That's a real need in my community and I think I can build something meaningful around it.
