Yanay thought regular cookies were boring. Not bad — just boring. Same chocolate chip, same sugar cookie, same predictable bite every single time. She wanted to make something that made people genuinely react.
So she started experimenting — unusual flavor pairings, unexpected ingredients, artistic decorations that made every cookie an experience before you even bit into it. People in her school and community started noticing. Yanay's cookies became a thing.

Yanay's process is equal parts kitchen science and artistic performance. She approaches flavor combinations the same way an artist approaches color — what happens when you put these two things together that aren't supposed to go together?
Through the Dream Chaser program, she learned how to take that creative instinct and build a real business concept around it — pricing, branding, customers, pitch. The cookies are real. The dream is getting bigger.

I learned that surprise is a product feature. When people expect 'cookie' and get something that genuinely surprises them, they remember it. They tell people. That word-of-mouth is worth more than any ad.
I perform through food. The presentation, the unexpected flavor, the reaction when someone bites in — it's all a performance. I never thought of baking that way before, but it's exactly what I do.
I want to make people feel something with what I create. Food is one of the most powerful ways to do that. Crazy Cookies is just the beginning of a creative career built around that idea.
